Samuel E. Spital
Personal injury: Cases are taken on a contingency basis, meaning the attorney's fee is based on a percentage of any settlement or verdict that is obtained. The client is responsible for out of pocket costs. We will sometimes advance those costs for our clients. We handle cases such as pedestrian injuries, auto crashes, motorcycle collisions, slip/trip and fall, damage from assaults, dog bites and animal attacks, employment, malpractice and many others.
Business and Consumer: Many small to medium sized businesses cannot afford to assert their legal rights, especially against large corporations which have seemingly unlimited funds to pay lawyers and other legal expenses. Our firm represents individuals and businesses involving consumer issues, general liability, general business disputes, unfair business practices, breach of contract, fraud and numerous others.
Civil: We represent clients in the prosecution and defense of civil cases involving collections, corporate matters, personal injury and wrongful death, malpractice, managed health care, product liability, school law and many other areas.
Criminal: We handle both juvenile and adult cases. Misdemeanors or felonies ranging from detention, arrest and arraignment to the sentencing hearing, as well as probation revocation and parole violations.
